Self Inquiry

You can call it meditation, "self-inquiry" or as you like more. Look at the mechanisms that happen as they happen.
Observe how thoughts create emotions from feelings, look at how sensations turn into thoughts and emotions, see the dream that comes to life from pure perception, to get lost in this dream and to re-emerge.
Here you will find the answers to "what is suffering", "what is love", "what am I", "what is reality", etc.
There is no other way!
The fact is that being seated inside for someone can be boring or uncomfortable. Being seated inside of you can learn to listen to the intense, ever-present pleasure that can be a "honey" that will attract us to keep us seated but do not stop at the honey. Pleasure is not the goal. The goal, if it exists, is always the truth. The pleasure of meditation is an incentive but what matters is the observation of what goes beyond what we can describe in words. Do not use words to describe what happens because if you do it you focus on your thinking and start believing it is true.
The mind will however describe what happens with judgments and concepts. But you have to find the key and understand that you are always beyond those thoughts. Always!
You do not have to stop them but understand and realize that you are beyond those thoughts and let them go and go.
Do not look for certain feelings or try different states of consciousness. They are all distractions of the mind.
You are beyond that mind that want you to do this or that, let it do it and do not be fooled. Keep looking at what's going on, as the dense network of infinite sensations comes to life and creates you and your world and your thoughts and concepts, discover every mechanism.
There is no other way. (Monàs)
